The contract specifies the book value of fixed assets and other tangible assets to be leased, the term of the lease, the amount of the rent for the use of the equipment, the lessee's obligations to fulfill state orders for construction and the lessor's obligation to provide the lease organization with materials, tools, spare parts, and other provisions.
